Return and Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email address]. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

    • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized pins, clearance items, and free promotional products are not eligible for return.

  • Return Process:

    • Upon approval of your return request, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, within 14 days of return approval.

    • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

  • Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Exchanges:

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process, and a new order can be placed for the desired product.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:

    • Once your package is shipped, PinVibez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend using the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment.
